We take great care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need assistance with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy below for more information.

       1. Returns and Exchanges:

a. Broken or Severely Damaged Mirrors: If your mirror arrives broken or severely damaged during delivery, we offer a full return or exchange option. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the process. Once we verify the issue, we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

b. Malfunctioning Mirrors: In the rare event that your mirror malfunctions within 2 working days of receiving the product, we are happy to take it back and amend it. Please contact our customer support team within 2 working days from the date of delivery to request amendments. The malfunction should not be a result of misuse or mishandling of the product. Once we receive your request and inspect the mirror, we will determine the cause of the malfunction and offer appropriate amendments or a replacement if necessary.

  1. Conditions for Return and Exchange: 

a. Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the mirror must be in its original packaging or adequately repackaged to ensure safe transit.

b. Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned mirror thoroughly to ascertain whether it qualifies for a return or exchange based on the conditions mentioned above.

  1. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that apart from cases of breakage or severe damage during delivery and malfunctions within the specified timeframe, our mirrors are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes custom made mirrors that are not part of our collections. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product quality.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team at info.parallelstudiosae@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. c. If applicable, include photographs of the damaged or malfunctioning mirror to expedite the process.
  3. Amendment and Replacement Process: Once your return request is approved, we will either amend the malfunctioning mirror or provide you with a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.
  4. Malfunctioning Mirrors: In cases of a malfunctioning mirror, We will pick up the mirror for repair, once we have repaired the mirror or provided a replacement, there will be shipping costs for sending the amended or replacement mirror back to you.
